Description of work :
Contractor shall supply all management, supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials required to install or replace, test and commission new power and control cables, both above and below ground, supply and re-lamp security, street and plant lights for all SAUDI ARAMCO Facilities located in Jeddah, Rabigh and Yanbu.
Contractor shall perform the following types of work at various plant locations:-
• Excavate, test, replace or install power control cables and repair electrical equipments.
• Hi-pot test high voltage cables using a SAUDI ARAMCO approved Hi-pot testing device.
• Perform infra-scan thermo graphic inspection on panels, switchgear and bus bars of the primarily power side of transformer.
• Paint all equipments including electrical panels.
• Obtain impressed voltage and/or replace anodes as required.
• Excavate sand, marl, and rock, provide shoring when required and transport excavation material to a SAUDI ARAMCO disposal site.
• Furnish, backfill and compact sand and marl with hand tools or machines.
• Demolish reinforced concrete, concrete wall, brick wall and asphalt and transport to an approved disposal site.
• Install, test and commission new low and high voltages from 3.3 kV to an approved disposal site.
• Provide cable trenching.
• Construct concrete duct bank with different sizes of PVC conduits.
• Install aluminum cable trays and cable tray supports carbon steel I-beams.
• Provide and install fire proofing material for overhead cable tray and cabling.
• Splice and test high and low voltage cables.
• Patch asphalt road surfaces.
• Install bulbs for floodlights and road lights.

The Scope of work covers the installation of a Power Line and Cathodic Protection for Well # SDGM-537, ANDR-537 & 540 wells. The installation shall be in accordance with this scope of work and General Construction Scope of work for installation as per No. CP-100.

2. Anode Bed Installation: -
The contract shall drill 45 meters deep hole and install approximately 24 nos. type TA-4 Anodes. The contract shall perform drill stem and Anode Measurement test. Contract shall provide the test data to SAPMT. The data will be used by SAPMT/CSD to determine the final number of anodes, depth and advice contract to install accordingly.
3. C.P station Installation: -
The wells shall be constructed Cathodic protection Station with the following major equipment as shown in the relevant drawing.

Contract Title : CP and O/H Powerline Installations at SDGM-493, 515, 518, & 527 / 530 Oils Wells
Description of work :
The Scope of work covers the installation of a Power Line and Cathodic Protection for Well # SDGM-493, 515, 518, & 527 / 530 Oil wells. The installation shall be in accordance with this scope of work and General Construction Scope of work for installation as per No. CP-100.
1. Power Line Installation: -
The wells shall be provided with approximately 215 meters of single phase two wire 13.8 KV overhead Powerline. The Power shall be tapped from existing 13.8 KV Power line as shown on relevant drawing.
2. Anode Bed Installation: -
The contract shall drill 70 meters deep hole and install approximately 6 nos. type TA-4 Anodes. The contract shall perform drill stem and Anode Measurement test. Contract shall provide the test data to SAPMT. The data will be used by SAPMT/CSD to determine the final number of anodes, depth and advise contract to install accordingly.
3. C.P station Installation: -
The wells shall be constructed Cathodic protection Station with the following major equipment as shown in the relevant drawing.
Rectifier: 75A/100VDC, Air cooled, Pole Mounted
Transformer: 10 KVA 13800 – 480/240V single phase Pole Mounted
Circuit Breaker: 70 AT/100 AF Pole Mounted
4. Marl Road to Cp Station: -
Contractor shall construct marl road from CP station to existing marl road.
5. Underground Cable Installation: -
Contractor shall install negative cable from rectifier to well # SDGM-530 & 527 and positive cable from rectifier to Anode junction box.
6. Cathodic Protection Negative Cable Length: -
35 square mm, 375 length AND 70 square mm 20 meter length shall be installed.

Contract title : H.V Electrical Interconnection Facilities for Third Party Co-General at JGP
Scope of Works :
1. Excavate and lay 2-3 CX 500 MCM, 15 kV cables between poles 1-34 and 1-43 along with 120 mm2 grounding conductor.
2. Excavate and lay 3-1/C 500 MCM, 15 kV cables between poles 1-34A and 1-38 along with grounding conductor.
3. Excavate and lay 2-3 CX 500 MCM, 15 kV cables between poles 2-34 and 1-37 along with grounding conductor as per Saudi Aramco Standard & Specification.
4. At emergency asphalt road for fire protection and Aramco pipeline crossings make concrete duct bank and pull the cables through ducts.
5. Make the transition Raychem joints, 2 Nos. each near wood pole # 1-38 & 2-37) and 1 No. near wood pole # 1-43 Raychem termination wood pole # 1-34 & 1-34A for feeder # 1 and at wood pole # (2-34) for feeder # 2.
6. Backfill the trench.
7. Erect new Dead end pole # 1-34A approximately 8.0 m from pole 3 1-34, and install riser cable 3-1/c 500 MCM and install LBS on pole # 1-34A.
8. Install guys as required for pole # 1-34a
9. Install cable riser 2-3 CX 500 MCM on pole # 1-34 and install LBS.
10. Convert pole # 2-33 as double dead end pole and install LBS.
11. Convert pole # 2-34 as Dead End Pole and install guys as required.
12. Install cable riser 2-3 CX 500 MCM & LBS on pole # 2-43.
13. Dismantle and remove existing poles. 14 each (2-35 to 2-38) & (1-35 to 1-43) ACSR conductors and OGW.
